Vice President

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the management in China WHQ, the Vice President will take care of following activities:

  • Create and implement a yearly sales &operation plan based on the corporate strategy;
  • Manages the sales organization in the market to grow and strengthen the business with the corporate philosophy, strategies and plans;
  • Oversee and direct sales and marketing initiatives, events, meetings and fairs;
  • Inspire all working staff and provide necessary coaching;
  • Drive the operational departments of the division (marketing, logistic, R&D,….)
  • Establish proposal pricing strategies and cost targets;
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities to maximize sales and profitability;
  • Support the local sales team in developing key accounts and maintaining the relationships through networking and regular personal visits to the top key accounts;
  • Control costs and budget activities to ensure the budgeted profitability is met;

Qualifications :

  • 10- Year experience at director level position(s) dedicated to sales, finance, controlling and accounting;
  • Minimum Bachelor degree;
  • 5-year selling experience in HVAC&R business around Europe, ideally with a multi-cultural mind set;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and a main EU country language at least;
  • Able to travel up to 70% in Europe and Asia;
  • Citizen of European Union preferred


IT Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead local IT activities in all aspects to support business needs in Europe;
  • Responsible for the planning, administration and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including network, servers, software, in accordance with the corporate standard;
  • Responsible for the company’s network devices, including conference system, security& monitoring system, printers etc;
  • Manage IT & data security in Europe;
  • Working with WHQ for information system planning, implementation and administration such as CRM, ERP, SAP etc;
  • Build up IT network between HQ in China and European division
  • Maintain IT tools updated
  • Support sales team by developing warehouse data management tool;
  • Plan IT budget and confirm with management;

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in computer science, information technology or related discipline;
  • 5 years working experience with 2 years as IT manager;
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server, Networking (TCP/IP,LAN,WAN,VPN);
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, good project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Fluent English and German;
  • Network skills, SQL requests;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Excellent communicator and networker;
  • Able to travel up to 10%, in Europe and Asia;

Logistic Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategy for products importation from factory in China and deliveries to European customers;
  • Forecast and demand management;
  • Keep proper inventory to support sales and improve OTDS in a sustained way;
  • Place replenishment order in a smooth way to leverage plant capacity and improve ESSR constantly;
  • Daily MRP running and inventory checking, create and place replenishment order, maintain AB date in SAP system; pull in and push out order based on actual sales demand;
  • Daily co-work with warehouse to ensure on time goods receiving, delivery, goods return, quality call back and stock block;
  • Weekly OTDA analysis to take improvement action;
  • Weekly inventory structure review to reduce excess and clean up dead stock;
  • Other tasks assigned by manager;

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Bachelor degree in logistic;
  • Fluent English and German;
  • Strong experience of minimum 5 years as logistic manager in a multi-national company;
  • Strong ability to work in complex matrix and with Chinese production & logistic organization;
  • Excellent communicator and networker;

Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the company brand’s strategy localization in Europe markets;
  • Responsible for proposing and deciding on product portfolio in Europe market with headquarters’ brand team;
  • Manage Europe marketing budget; and independently set up, execute and review the marketing plan in Europe market;
  • Support Europe markets to deliver related business KPIs, incl. Turnover, EBIT, growth, etc;
  • Organizing and implementing trade shows, customer seminars in close collaboration with sales team;
  • Managing third-party events such as association annual meeting, forums workshop etc;
  • Preparing in-house design for advertisement, invitation and e-bulletins;
  • Working on new product commercial launch projects;
  • Digital Marketing execution (website, newsletter);
  • Public relations management;
  • Sales support – marketing survey – VOC;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or above degree in Engineering / Marketing;
  • 8 years Marketing and/or communication with successful experience in HVAC/R companies is a must;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc. and market research methods;
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools;
  • Excellent communicator and networker;
  • Fluent English in both Written and Speaking;
  • Strategic thinking, independent, good communication& presentation skills, internally and externally;

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop relationships with new and potential customers in the assigned territory;
  • Sales channel development and management;
  • Fulfil the sales target for the company line components;
  • Enhance the image of DunAn in HVAC industry daily work;
  • To provide, within a given framework, a report on sales activities in the responsible application to sales director;
  • Motivate, Coach and develop distributors;
  • Assist the sales managers on daily basis (offer preparation, stock check, samples shipment management, …);
  • Manage customers orders, order confirmation, delivery to customers and invoicing process;
  • Manage accounts receivables;
  • Public relations management;
  • Analysis of customer forecast – stock order to our factories in China;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree majored engineering, mechanical engineer, HVAC , automation or related disciplines;
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in HVAC industry;
  • Skills in customer communications and presentations;
  • Initiative and strong motivation, communication skill teamwork spirit;
  • Can work under pressure and frequent business travel;
  • Excellent English in writing, reading and speaking;
  • One of the main EU country language speaking skill preferred;
  • Multi-National company (ideally with Asian company) working experience preferred;

Sales assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales managers on daily basis (offer preparation, stock check, samples shipment management, …);
  • Manage customers orders, order confirmation, delivery to customers and invoicing process;
  • Manage accounts receivables;
  • Customer forecast analysis ;
  • Recording everything about the opportunities in CRM system;
  • To assist travel/Agenda management;
  • Other tasks assigned by manager;

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English in both reading, writing and speaking;
  • Willing to learn new things and good at work under high pressure;
  • Self-motivated, good at word, excel, powerpoint;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Excellent communicator and networker;
  • 2 year working experience in HVAC industry preferred;

Technical Manger

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as technical go-between between DunAn and business partners in Europe;
  • Acting as catalyst to use technical support to sales team to grow sales;
  • Support customers/partners with technical knowledge;
  • Distributor training for products and application solution;
  • Assisting in product selection;
  • Installation and commissioning guide;
  • Create standard product list for European market;
  • Support R&D team in WHQ in China with new program developments;
  • Define requested sales tools;
  • Manage relationship with 1/3 party notified bodies for certification process;
  • Manage quality system for European division;
  • Sales support – marketing & innovation survey ;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and HVAC engineering major is preferred;
  • Minimum 3 year of working experience in the relevant field;
  • Customer and sales oriented;
  • Self-motivating with the ability to work without close supervision;
  • Outgoing, team-work spirit and sense of urgency;
  • Strong customer service mindset with an ability to explain complex technical concepts;
  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking;
  • Excellent communication skills;
